1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping across the United Kingdom. For international orders, please contact us at roastery@camdencoffeeroastery.co.uk for specific rates and availability.
2. Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are typically dispatched from our roastery on weekdays, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
3. Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
UK Mainland: 2-4 business days (depending on your location)
UK Highlands and Islands: 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and any unforeseen delays, such as adverse weather conditions or during peak holiday periods.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer standard delivery fees on orders within the UK.
A Free delivery will be applied to orders over £150 (for roasted coffee products)
5. Packaging
All orders are carefully packed in eco-friendly materials to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and in perfect condition. We use recyclable packaging options to minimize our environmental impact.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.
7. Delivery Issues
