Our Organic Seasonal Espresso Blend is roasted in-house and built around the natural rhythm of the coffee harvest. As coffee-producing regions reach peak ripeness at different times of year, we refresh this blend seasonally, selecting the freshest organic coffees at their best.

The result is an espresso that stays bold, vibrant, and punchy, while allowing flavour to evolve throughout the year. Each iteration is carefully balanced for sweetness, body, and structure — designed to perform beautifully as espresso and shine in milk.
