Myanmar - Khar Taw Hmi

Smooth and delicious. I never knew Myanmar produced such great coffee

Unsure if this was a roast defect, but i would label this coffee as a medium-dark roast first of all. Struggled to get a good cup out of it after attempting to dial in for Aeropress AND V60 - little to no clarity or pleasant acidity, just bitterness even when going to the more extreme ends of the spectrum brew times and temps.

The bag that i picked it up in also did not seal properly after opening, although i am unsure that this will have contributed to an issue as I immediately realised and stored in other bags. Disappointed for the first time with a bean from Camden Roastery
