About Single Origin Decaf Coffee

In Kenya, this coffee boasts a delectable flavour profile with rich notes of chocolate complemented by hints of redcurrant, blackberry, and other fruits. The coffee cherries are meticulously hand-picked by farmers, ensuring only the ripest ones are selected. These cherries are promptly delivered for wet milling on the very same day. The parchment is then subjected to a meticulous process of fermentation, washing, and grading. Finally, the parchment is carefully sun-dried to achieve an ideal moisture content of 10.5 - 11.5%.

East African coffee is cultivated at lower altitudes compared to some other coffee-producing countries, typically ranging from 800 to 1,200 meters above sea level.

One distinguishing feature of Brazilian coffee is its full-bodied and nutty characteristics. Common flavour notes include a rich chocolatey sweetness, complemented by nutty undertones. The low acidity of Brazilian coffee contributes to its smooth and mellow profile. Additionally, Brazilian coffees often showcase caramel and sometimes fruity notes, providing a well-rounded and approachable flavour experience.
