Single Origin Decaf
Roast
Chocolatey, Pleasant Balanced Spice, Medium Acidity
Sourced from high-elevation Ethiopian heirloom varieties and hand roasted and packed daily in Camden Market, this coffee balances clarity with indulgence. The washed process keeps the cup clean and structured, while the ethyl acetate decaffeination preserves sweetness and origin character — never flat, never dull.
In the cup, expect stewed pears and mixed berries up front, followed by a rich dulce de leche sweetness that lingers through the finish. Bright but rounded, expressive without being sharp — a refined take on a classic Ethiopian profile.
Perfect for those who want flavour-first coffee with depth, balance, and everyday drinkability.

Surprisingly full-bodied for a decaf. I loved the smooth dark chocolate notes with a hint of berry sweetness—no bitterness at all. It’s become my go-to evening coffee when I want great flavour without the caffeine.
