About Ethiopia Washed Idido G1 Coffee

Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia is famous for its exceptional, washed coffees grown at high altitudes. Despite traceability challenges, our dedicated team collaborates with farmers and exporters to source specialty coffee lots. Ethiopia's genetic diversity, traditional cultivation methods, and coffee production traditions contribute to its high-quality coffee. Our partner G&F Coffee operates numerous washing stations and maintains traditional intercropping methods. The Idido washing station, located in Yirgacheffe, receives cherries grown in surrounding areas and produces superior coffee through a meticulous hand-sorting and processing process.
