The Kivu Lake Washing Station is committed to empowering the local community in Rwanda. The station is run by the hardworking women of the Nziza Women's Collective, who handle all aspects of coffee processing and drying. First Crop Coffee collaborates with Land of a Thousand Hills and coffee farming villages to ensure fair wages, education, healthcare, and access to clean water for the workers, while also making investments in the craft of specialty coffee.

Kivu's washing station was previously mismanaged but has been successfully re-opened, providing a newfound source of income for thousands of farmers and their families. This revival has had a significant positive impact on the local community, contributing to their livelihoods and well-being.

Camden Coffee Roastery is the first of its kind in Central London, dedicated to making specialty coffee accessible to all.
