Gems of Araku is a premium coffee project originating in the Araku Valley of India, an area with rich volcanic soil and high altitudes in the Eastern Ghats. This region has become a unique source of Indian specialty coffee, thanks to the work of indigenous farmers who practice organic, biodynamic farming. In collaboration with the Naandi Foundation, these farmers have transformed Araku into a model for sustainable, quality-focused coffee production. Known for its smooth, well-balanced flavours with notes of chocolate, fruit, and spice, Araku coffee has gained international acclaim, celebrating both the rich terroir of the valley and the dedication of its farming communities.
